alright phila. at number nine! apparently tied with providence for nine, with no number 10. is ten the drunkest or the least drunk? i'm drunk right now, and i live in philly! weeeee!
I can proudly claim that I've lived in two of the top 10. Though I've never really taken advantage of the "atmosphere" in either. Shame.
